Day One....the morning after

First class yesterday, helps to know what to expect and I enjoyed watching first timers look like they wanted to pass out....remembered well the first one last January and the exact same feeling.

Today I appreciate their approach re: muscle confusion - they work to work things you forget about...the way my legs feel today I forgot a lot over the summer, and here is what's weird - I can ride the bike 20-30 miles on Saturday with no big issue, but 50 minutes of RIPT and I'm wishing the house had an elevator instead of stairs. OUCH.
