The Field Test

So what good is all this fitness if you cannot put it to real world use?

Monday we skipped class and spent part of the early Spring Break week using the new RIPT'd bodies skiing....first time for some, first time in a long time for others.

Results were great. The RIPT training had the lower body ready to go long, hard and all day trying runs that would be off limit to tired legs (oh, and I learned that strong body makes you braver...not smarter...but braver).

A good time was had by all, and most of the bumps and bruises will heal quickly. With RIPT in it's last week I suspect more field tests are ahead soon...on the road bike and the golf course. Good results there will be self validating, all the work (the pain) has a gain!!!
