The Off Day Work Out

Part of the RIPT program is encouragment to work out on the magical fourth day...three times in RIPT and one more on your own. Last night was my 'optional' night and normal night at the gym. So is RIPT a better workout...well I know this, everything hurt, 90 minutes on my own was not enough to work out every kink from class one AND toward the end I started getting that workout energy high that comes from good exercies....so I like it.

Tonight (Friday) is class #2 - I am end of the week tired - - - this should be interesting, can my body respond when my mind is not willing?
